Inga is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2009, and she has specialized in business law and counselling of companies in their daily business operations.

Inga has extensive experience in counselling companies, including the foundation of companies, planning of investments and restructuring (local and cross-border mergers), as well as business relations with partners of companies. She has counselled a number of clients in regard to shareholder relations, including cooperation agreements, disputes, planning of financial relationships and investments, mergers and acquisitions of companies.

Inga counsels various start-ups in their daily operations, relationships between investors and owners and other aspects related to start-up operations and the promotion and acceleration of the product or service of a company.
