Inga is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2009, specializing in business law and corporate advisory. She has extensive experience counselling companies in all stages of their business operations — from foundation and daily management to investment planning, restructuring, and international mergers.
Inga advises clients on shareholder relations, financial structuring, cooperation agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and resolving partner disputes. She also supports start-ups with navigating investor relations, ownership structures, and strategies for scaling and accelerating their businesses.
Before founding Murula Law Firm, Inga worked at leading law firm Sorainen. She holds a Master's degree in European Business Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tartu University.

Triin Väljaots

Triin specializes in public procurement and dispute resolution. She has extensive experience advising clients in complex procurement matters and representing tenderers in high-profile disputes across sectors such as marine communication systems, trams, trains, and air transport. Triin assists clients throughout the procurement process — from tender preparation to representation before the Public Procurement Appeals Committee and all levels of administrative court.
Her clients include manufacturing companies, resellers, and those active in the Defence and Security sectors. Triin is also one of the authors of the Commentary on the Public Procurement Act and has published numerous articles in the field.
In addition to procurement, Triin represents clients in civil disputes. She has successfully secured vessel arrests, achieved swift debt recoveries, substantiated business transfers, and delivered strong outcomes in defamation cases, including obtaining public apologies and corrections from national media.
Triin also advises on selected family law matters, including child custody, child support, and property division. She favors negotiated solutions and prioritizes the best interests of children in custody disputes.
